Review
One must go into this book with a strong stomach and a high threshold for food + murder references... or risk never being able to eat some food items again.
This high-spice murderous love story will either pull you in right away or make you want to run for the hills - I know of very few fellow readers who fall in between these two polar opposites.
I'm on the side of being pulled in. The characters can be seen from a variety of angles (friend, family, victim, and accomplice) as well as from their own point of view.
The audiobook features dual narrators who help give life to the characters with success.
If you can stomach the darker side of human desires, this book promises an unforgettable journey that will haunt you long after the final page. Just remember to proceed with caution, read the trigger warnings, and maybe keep a light on.
