Review

There is good character development for Lyra throughout the story, growing as a person, battling conflicting feelings for two men, and learning to handle her past and her powers. Faced with being the savior, or destroyer, of the world she loves she must face the paths before her and trust herself. As with the first book this one also ended on a cliffhanger and I'm excited to see what the newcomers to the realms have in story for Lyra.
