This one had me laughing right from the start—I mean genuinely cracking up. I loved how these two kept crossing paths in totally different contexts without realizing they were the same people. From being neighbors who didn’t quite connect, to random strangers bumping into each other on the street, all the way to landing in a hospital setting as a patient and physician, their dynamic stayed fun, chaotic, and full of those perfectly awkward holiday moments. Watching them interact in all these different roles added such a playful charm to the whole story.
Like most Amazon short stories, this was a super quick read, but it packed in all the warmth, humor, and festive energy I want from a holiday romance. It had that light, feel-good vibe that makes it so easy to breeze through in one sitting. Honestly, I could totally picture this as a cute, fast-paced Hallmark movie—you know the kind you throw on with hot cocoa in hand. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for something adorable and fun.
