Review
This book was an absolute roller coaster of emotions and mind games, and honestly, it was so layered that for a good chunk of it I wasn’t entirely sure what was happening—in the best way possible. I vividly remember being about 20-something percent in, then again around the 40 percent mark, messaging my friends to say, “I don’t fully understand what’s going on… but I’m obsessed.” The confusion wasn’t frustrating; it was intriguing, like the story wanted you slightly off balance while you tried to piece everything together.
The sheer number of twists, turns, roadblocks, and emotional roundabouts in this story is unreal. Every time I thought I had a handle on things, another layer peeled back. It genuinely felt like Inception, but for plot twists—secrets stacked on secrets, characters hiding more than you expect, and revelations that completely reframe what you thought you knew. It was intense, smart, and wildly addictive. I loved this book so much, and if you’re someone who thrives on psychological mysteries that keep you guessing until the very end, this one is absolutely for you.
