From the moment I picked up the Evergreen Park series, I was hooked. The seamless way each book connects the couples made me instantly invested, and I loved how that continued in this third installment. Just like with the first two books, I was thrilled to see that same effortless transition as Harper and West took center stage. Their journey from near strangers—or, at best, acquaintances—to a full-blown fake marriage was captivating. The setup alone had me intrigued, but it was the execution that truly made this story shine. Watching their relationship evolve felt like witnessing something unfold in real time, full of those little moments that make you root for a couple even before they realize what they have.
What made Harper and West’s dynamic so compelling was their chemistry, which felt completely natural. Every interaction between them, whether in private or in front of others, was engaging, entertaining, and, at times, delightfully frustrating in the best way. Their growing feelings, the subtle shifts in their emotions, and the way they navigated their unconventional situation made this an absolute pleasure to read. It wasn’t just about the romance—it was about experiencing their journey, their hesitations, and those moments of clarity right alongside them. The book didn’t just tell me their story; it made me feel like I was witnessing a real relationship develop right before my eyes.
