Review
In this second book we kind Andy leading a new life where Emily has gone from being nemesis to bestie and they run a successful magazine together. Their business is so successful that their old boss, who now basically runs the publishing house, not just Runway, wants to buy it, with a clause that they must remain in place for a year through the transition. Andy still essentially has PTSD about her time as Miranda's assistant wile Emily seems to have moved past her trauma and the girls are on opposite ends of whether or not to make the deal. Throughout the events surrounding the potential sale Andy must also work through her own familial situations and set out on a path for her own personal growth. I enjoyed the second book better than the first, but this could be that I had no very specific movie scenes to expect from it. I'm looking forward to moving on to book three.
