Sweet Temptations took me on a full emotional ride—fun, flirty, and heartbreakingly deep all at once. While I expected a lighthearted sports romance, what I actually got was so much more layered and moving. The way the author captured raw feelings really surprised me and, honestly, left me emotionally wrecked in the best way possible. Sports romances can sometimes skim the surface of emotion, but this one went straight for the heart, delivering intensity and vulnerability that stuck with me long after I finished.

Even though this book is part of a larger world, I never once felt lost starting here with book one of the Love and Legacies series. Instead, I felt fully immersed in the characters and their story—and now I’m eager to dive deeper into this world. Finding out that I can go back and read about the parents in a completely separate series makes me even more excited, because it adds another layer of connection and history to these characters I’ve already fallen in love with. I can’t wait to see what else this series brings, and I’m definitely planning on exploring more of the emotional dynamics woven through these interconnected stories.
