Hazel Mack has done it again—she’s pulled me right back into the fantastical world of Ever, and I loved every second of it. This story takes the idea of “falling for a troll” and turns it into something unexpectedly sweet, smoldering, and full of heart. The romance is a deliciously slow burn, full of tension that lingers on the page and makes you want to keep reading late into the night. Mack balances that spark with her signature charm, making the entire story feel magical and enchanting.

What I adore most is how immersive her world-building continues to be. Ever feels alive, whimsical, and ready to surprise you around every corner. The characters have such chemistry that you can’t help but root for them, quirks and all. By the end, I wasn’t just invested in this love story—I was already excited to see what else Hazel Mack has in store for this series. And now I have to ask… are you ready for Troll Whip? 😉
