From the very first page, this trilogy reminded me exactly why I’ve been a longtime Nora Roberts fan. Her signature blend of intrigue, romance, and a touch of the paranormal shows up in full force, and every book delivers its own satisfying arc while still feeding perfectly into the bigger mystery woven through all three installments. She has such a natural way of creating stories that feel fun, engaging, uplifting, and just a little bit magical—and this series delivered exactly the experience I was hoping for.
The story of the seven wives and the house tied to their restless history was such a unique and entertaining setup. I loved following a heroine who steps into a world she never expected, taking a literal leap of faith into a home—and a family—she didn’t know she had. Watching her uncover the haunting or curse lingering over her ancestors, all while old and new family members rallied around her, made for an addicting and heartfelt journey. Sure, I knew Nora Roberts would give us a happy ending, but the joy was in the discovery: not fully knowing how we’d get from point A to point Z kept me flipping pages, chapters, and ultimately entire books without wanting to stop.
