Review

I went into this book completely blind—didn’t read the blurb, didn’t know what to expect—and I’m so glad I did. What unfolded was a genuinely heartfelt story about friendship, love, and the long, winding journey of healing. The main character’s experiences span years, and throughout that time, we see them navigate love, heartbreak, and self-discovery in a way that felt both relatable and deeply moving.

What I loved most is how the story balances heavy moments with humor and warmth. There were parts that had me laughing out loud and others that left me with a lump in my throat. The author captured the complexities of growing up, letting go, and finding yourself again in such a beautifully written and emotionally rich way. It’s one of those stories that sneaks up on you—and stays with you long after the final page.
